Don’t our Marines Deserve More?

Marine Corps Identity Cause is an effort founded in 2009 by the Marine Corps League, with one simple but important goal : To change the name of the Department of the Navy to the Department of the Navy and Marine Corps.

On May 4, 2010, the House of Representatives unanimously passed The Marine Corps Identity Bill, introduced by N.C. Rep. Walter Jones, which received more co-sponsors than any bill in the history of the Congress.

But its companion bill in the Senate, S. 504, introduced by Sen. Pat Roberts of KS, still has to pass.

Some senators may stand in the way.

We need your help. Please contact your senators as soon as possible and join thousands in supporting this historical piece of legislation.
