What’s in a name? Well if you are the Marine Corps a name means recognition and equal footing with the other branches of the armed forces. House Bill HR 24 and it’s 400 hundred co-sponsors are proposing a change to the name of the Department of the Navy to the Department of the Navy and Marine Corps.
